30-day shred users...quick question!
Hi everyone :) I started the 30 day shred about 10 days ago. This is my 10th day on level 1. Do you progress sometime after 10 days or right on 10 days? I took a look at level 2 and I am a little scared :laugh: Thanks! ♥

So I went to the store today...
And I scored a BUNCH of stuff! In particular, I got stuff to make Campbell's cheesy chicken and rice casserole one night (frozen veggies too!), canned carrots/peas, pears, peaches, applesauce, raisins, vanilla yogurts, string beans, etc. etc. etc. I forgot apples though :sad: so there goes my snack...at least I got bananas…

I need help with food...new girl here...
I'm stuck in this rut for lunch and dinner. I don't like a whole lot of veggies or dressing...the only veggies I like are corn, peas, potatoes, and string beans (also I don't MIND lettuce).
