Has anyone else discovered Walden Farms???

My recent sucesses
What I have achieved thus far I am under 400 lbs I can now use my home treadmill (max weight 375) I am down 3 pant sizes! Short term goal - To get where I was when I got married Then to be under 300 long term goal- 150 I know it's a biggie.. hoping to get there in 3 years.. I know it's not going to happen overnight!
