Fat monitoring scales
Has anyone got scales that monitor your body fat? On my last stone and exercising so feel Im toning but weight has plateaued the last few weeks o wonder if they are worth having.

Eating excercise
Hi Im on 1240 calories per day and I am exercising most days but I dont tend to eat into my earned calories to save for weekends. General consensus on here seems to be that you should be able to view your weekly total so this should work but MFP wont log these entries warning Im eating too few?

Do you guys input the calories burned according to what the machine calculates or go with what MFP gives when you input time of workout?

Ticker on Facebook?
First day of MFP today and wondered if there is a way to put your `Ticker` on Facebook? When it starts to move!! I would like to see the motivation all the time.

BMR help
Can anyone tell me why, if the MFP calculator puts my BMR at 1394, why does it then show my Calories From Normal Daily Activity as 1740 to work out my recommended calories? I thought thats what your BMR was?

Saving calories
Can you `save` some calories each day for use at weekend? I used to do Weight Watchers and you could save up to 4 points a day as long as you kept within your weekly total. Thanks. Helen
