Has anyone got scales that monitor your body fat? On my last stone and exercising so feel Im toning but weight has plateaued the last few weeks o wonder if they are worth having.

They are not. Mine goes up and down by 10%, I think it has to do with my dehydration levels more than my body fat.0

No, they aren't. They're highly inaccurate.0

they're ok to track changes over months
but not short term and not for an absolute believable number

I wouldn't buy scales specifically for this feature, but I like seeing the trend - same as I like seeing my weight trend rather than my actual weight (which also fluctuates like billy-o).0
