Hi All, After a naughty April, I want a clean May! My May goals are: 1. One cheat day per week. 2. Log ALL food and exercise. 3. Exercise 4 times per week for a FULL hour. 4. One weigh in per week. 5. Stay under my calorie goal every day (except my cheat day).
