Hi All, After a naughty April, I want a clean May! My May goals are: 1. One cheat day per week. 2. Log ALL food and exercise. 3. Exercise 4 times per week for a FULL hour. 4. One weigh in per week. 5. Stay under my calorie goal every day (except my cheat day).

Hey everyone! Who thinks that sex should be listed under the cardio exercise section? As we all know, it burns a lot of calories, but how much? I think it needs to go on the list!!! :love:
