I've had a terrible bank holiday weekend. Went out on Sunday night for a few drinks, which turned into quite a few drinks, and then ended up eating a kebab on the way home :( I feel horrible today and like all my hard work has been undone. Time to get back on the horse!

I'm up for this. I never manage to drink enough water. I drink gallons of black coffee, and I know that I can't count this :( Time to cut the coffee and get back to basics!

I really agree with this thread. I am 5'2" and 110 pounds, which sounds ideal, but I am very pear shaped, which I get from my mum. Excellent I will give these a try. I have started doing some squats and lunges but will add in the dead lifts too. Hopefully there will be an improvement!

I'm 29 and 5'2". I am currently 110 and my goal weight is 100. Sounds low, but I'm small framed and pretty flat chested too!
