i binged like a person that hasnt eaten in months.. Nd im still "hungry" i need help :/ But i have no one to talk to..
for the past three days ive been eating like crazyyyy. I dont know if its cause its that time of the month or what but i dont like it :/ But i just get hungry D: I dont wanna go back to my old weight :/

If youre counting your calories and youre no where near the amount you need (for example lets say i was supposed to have 1,430 today and i only had1,090) but i had a lot of sugar can i gain weight?? HELP! Thanks in advance (:
