Afer baby my hips are not symmetrical~
Anyone else have this issue? As I'm getting more into shape, it is becoming increasingly clear that the hip I hold my 1 year old on is smaller than the other hip. I do side bends with weights and lots of ab work. Should I do more on the side that's bigger??
