Must I do the Stretch X in P90X Lean
I am just finishing up Phase 1 of P90X Lean plan. I am on week 4 day 4 in which it states to do the Stretch Video. Is this necessary? I am not feeling sore really and I would like to do either a different cardio tape or none at all today. Would this be a big determent to the program skipping it? Suggestions? I just can't…
