Three years ago and today
I have been on my weight loss journey for three years and I finally see results. Three years ago 320lbs November 5, 2011 280lbs I still have a ways to go but I will do it:) Thanks to MFP for helping me further my journey. This is the best site and app out there.

I Need some HELP
I have been doing MFP for three weeks and I am seeing results. My question is I am 5"11 and my daily calorie intake is 1700. I ate 996 cal. I burned 785 for an hour in the gym. never too late
I started this weight lose journey last year and i lost a total of 60lbs. I have gained about 20lbs back...but I am determined to lose the rest of this weight. I want to lose a total of 100lbs.
