Back Pain and exercise/weight loss
long story short, i have a herniated/degenerating disc. and now i'm at the point where i love going to the gym, but sometimes i just can't because my back just wont hold up. elliptical is good for me but sometimes after 10min i start to get sore. anyone else had weight loss success while having a bad back? tips/tricks?

i have been CRAAAVING ice cream and chocolate the last few days. maybe aunt flo's to blame? ughh what do you ladies do when you just want to devour an entire pint of ben and jerrys?? weight watchers and skinny cow ice creams are good but i feel like i'm going to demolish the whole box!

usually i try not to put my jeans in the dryer because i can't button them.... this weekend i did laundry and put them in the dryer, i went to put them on the next day and went "oh crap they're going to be tight"....They buttoned right up! (and i could breathe!) yay!!
