How many pounds do you expect to lose weekly?
Would love some advice please. :) I started calorie counting with mfp on 2nd May, and as I want to lose 28 lbs I was advised to stick to 1200 calories a day. I have managed to be good most of the time, and have lost 6lbs in 10 days. Is this too quick? I have an overactive thyroid, which I thought had stablilised, but am…
