losing weight without relapsing
Hi all- i've been doing this for about a year, losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. I'm 5'1, and i've gone between 103 and 115 lbs. I'm not sure where i am right now, but it's closer to 115. I hate this, and I think I want to try to maintain 110, which is the weight my body likes being. but i don't know how to get back…
