Denon AH-W150 Exercise Freak Headphones?
Has anyone tried these... I have small ears, so normal earbuds don't work.. I've tried Motorola behind the head earphones, and they are too big... "Skip Day?"
Does anyone else let yourself have a "Skip" or "Freebie" day with no logging, no guilt? I do once every week or two, I eat what I want, but I watch my portions of course. I just was wondering if this is a "normal" thing?

Jolly Ranchers - Healthy Alternative?
I LOVE jolly ranchers.. however the 23 calories per piece is boarding on not touching them again... I really don't want to give them up, does any one know of a healthier alternative to them?
