I've decided to start cycling - I have an exercise bike at home and set myself a goal of 5km a day. How long until I notice any effects of this? (Apart from my bum aching from the seat). And when would be a good point to increase how much I'm doing?
I wondered how many other people have noticed. I'm only on level 1, but on my third day, I noticed Natalie (the one doing the advanced moves) cheats! She doesn't squat when doing the bicep curls! I shouted 'cheat' at the TV really loud, made my bf jump! Anyone else seen it?
Just wondering what everyone's opinion on this is? Can it be a useful weight loss tool? Or a complete waste of time?
