I just started Atkins on Tuesday, February 18th. I have a 5 mile run on Saturday, March 1st. I'll still be in the induction phase but am wondering if I should eat some carbs before my run. I'm at 95 days. How many consecutive days have you logged in? Did you get to like 99 and then miss a day?
