footwear for Jillian's 30 day shred?
I've previously had foot issues (plantar fasciitis) and want to prevent its return. For this reason I have been doing the 30ds in bare feet. Bare feet seems fine for the first segment, but when I get to the second, I fear for my feet and quit. Can you help me - should I get cross-trainers? Any ideas on this would be very…
