Total Body Circuit kicked my butt!
Wow, so I was a little concerned that Cardio seemed a little too easy, compared to P90X. Then Speed 1.0 kicked it up a notch. Total Body Circuit kicked my BUTT!!! Not only did I modify most of it, but I was even standing there just panting at times. :D But, DAY 3 DONE! :) How did everyone else do?
