Well. I gained 1.8 lbs. this week. It is discouraging, but Bob's tip #5 reminds me to stay committed and not allow this to throw me off course. I ate right. I exercised. I hate my medicine. :-( Peggy

Frustrated!
It is what it is! First, I am on 20 mg Prednisone. I may begin to taper at the end of September. Thus, weight loss will be snails pace. The good news, no gain. But it is frustrating.
