Anyone else crave salt/starch?
I couldn't care less about sweets. I crave salty food. Chips, french fries, sourdough bread, crackers, top ramen. I'm looking for food ideas to satisfy my cravings.

Veggies and lean protein meal options
I am in search of meal options/snacks where the ingredients include lean protein and veggies only. I have been eating the same foods (lots of salads) for several weeks now. I'm fine at the moment but will eventually get burned out. Does anyone have suggestions?

I am having a hard time logging in my calories after my bootcamp sessions because I don't know which exercise to use.
