I would like to lose about 50 pounds.

Thanks so much, everyone! I bought some veggie chips and seadweed strips. I shall let you know how it goes.

I would like to lose 1-2 sizes in the next three months. I don't care so much about weight as I do how my clothes fit and the size. In one year, I hope to be 2-3 sizes smaller and maintaining my weight, toned and healthy.

My husband said my shorts were too big on me and that they should be donated. I wore pants to work that have never fit me. I bought them without trying them on. They are loose on me. Jeans zipped up and buttoned that I haven't worn for at least 3 years. They're super tight but they fit.

Thanks, everyone! I just realized that I haven’t had chicken stir-fry or chicken fajitas in a long time. I, too, have been eating grilled or baked skinless, boneless chicken breasts. I have been eating egg white omelets with turkey bacon and veggies but I don’t really care for eggs so sometimes I just cook the turkey bacon…

I lost 20lbs in 4 wks by eliminating red meat, bread, rice, alochol and other carbs from my diet. I have no motivation to exercise. I know I would lose more weight if I did. I feel really lazy.

What about beans? Black beans boiled with salt, onions, green bell peppers, and garlic. 1 cup has 15 grams of protein and 15 grams of fiber.

I have green tea with a slice of whole grain bread around 5:30 a.m. Do a 30 min boot camp then when I get home, I have a gold standard whey protein shake made with water. Then about 9:00 a.m. I have an apple with 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese or a slice of whole grain bread with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter. I take…

Try raw walnuts and raw almonds. They are salt free. I buy raw almonds at Traders Joes. They come in pre packaged bags so you don't over eat. Each bag has 200 calories and 1.25 ounces of almonds.

I try not to eat them because my goal is to lose weight. Plus, if I ever go over on my allowed calories (before exercise) then I know I have some wiggle room.

Thanks, everyone! I bought a heart rate monitor watch but it doesn't work that well. It showed that I only burned 113 calories for 30 minutes of working out extra hard. I've been using calisthentics to log calories burned; I agree the numbers are too high. I do bootcamp 4-7 times per week so I guess I should invest in a…
