My Before & After Pic
Hi Friends - I love seeing before and after pictures - so I thought I would show you mine... The before is from June 2009 on my trip to Mexico (SOOO wishing I would have lost weight before that trip :lol: ). I was 155 lbs and 36% body fat. How do I lose fat but not necessarily weight?
So now that I've reached my goal weight I'm not quite sure what to do next. I would like to set a goal of losing another 3% body fat but I don't necessarily care if I lose more weight. How do I focus on losing fat and building muscle?

I finally went shopping today after someone at work yesterday told me that my pants were falling off (which they were). :happy: Kind-of ironic that I hit my goal the week after Thanksgiving! I'm so thankful for MFP and all the help here. I NEVER thought I could do it in just 3 months! I'm down 2 pant sizes and about 5 inches in my waist. Just yesterday 2 people asked me what I was doing to look so good. Thanks for your help everyone!!
