Level 2-Day 13
Ooowweeee... had my doubts of getting it done (did a little bit of drinking last night) but so glad i did. I haven't re-measured but i can really see a change in how my clothes fit. My NSV is putting on a fitted belt last night to accent my outfit to find that it now just falls off *BIG SMILES*

Sometimes I will go to the gym 2 times a day.... I always wash my hair after, but I know that washing so many times is not good for your hair. Stripping the natural oils. My question... do you ladies wash your hair after every workout?
