II have a family recipe for tortillini soup. It has beef broth,ground sausage,tortillini,and vegetables. How do I know how much to eat and how to log it?
Its easy for my to stay under my calorie count but I always avoid foods because of the high fat content. I ate almonds today and two slices of cheese which was close to 25grams of fat. Can you lose still or will you gain if you eat too much fat?

So I've heard myfitnesspal doesn't give you enough calories. Im 5'10 ,211 lbs, with a goal weight of 165. I only lost .8lbs last week and im pretty upset about it. How many calories are you eating to lose weight? I have been eating 1800,since my BMR is 1750. I workout at least 4 times a week.I just started my clean eating,about a week and a half ago. And I havn't lost weight this week. Feeling so disapointed!
