How fast is normal on a treadmill?
So I'm trying the C25K like alot of people on MFP. I understand that is important to work on speed as you go but can anyone tell me a good starting point on the treadmill? When I look at the people around me they are like at 6.0 and look like they are gliding but I think I would faint! Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!
