6 FT - 170 My calorie goal is set at 1200 (not that I hit it every day) but I CANNOT MOVE OFF OF 169 - 170 and I'm working out 5 x a week. It sucks. Do I look like I've lost NO! WHY? Oh because .5 came from my toe, .5 came from my ankle...I think it's a WHIP to lose as a tall woman. Good luck gals!

Oh that's funny - my first thought was - "about 10 pounds of back fat" LOL For me - frozen strawberries, dash of blueberries, OJ, yogurt and a smidge of protein powder - nothing cool but tasty for breakfast!

I always look at the calendar for Run On....http://www.runontexas.com/calendar/Calendar.htm...Run On is a specialty running store so they try to keep up with that stuff. Also do yourself a favor and google "Dallas Jailbreak Race". I missed the DFW one but my goal is the May 7th one in Austin...looks like fun times!!

I'm on week 2 today too. Been trying to do weights on off days and have been doing it every other day rather than just 3 x a week (figured I need the extra time). I am SO in this boat with you. Im trying to cut down but Im finding it hard. I have started the cut back. I started with baby steps..not in the car....then not after 8, not after 6 now at not after 4 pm so slowly but surely Im closing my window. Maybe try something like that?

The lemonade diet was really crazy. I went 14 days on lemonade before I cracked and had to eat. I'm liking slow but steady better :)

You can Google pretty much anything these days but I thought this was interesting I saw a site that said 1 16 oz. pkg of frozen = 3-4 cups fresh broccoli florets I always have trouble tailoring things to what I have and so many recipes call for frozen broccoli. MMMM...Broccoli cheese soup....yum

Don't spend too much time beating up on yourself. I get into that habit too. Just move on. Do a small walk around the block...just do SOMETHING and don't freak out. It is what it is and life isn't perfect. At least you care right?
