Back Spasms
I wasn't sure where to put this. I have an interview today and as I was rolling out of bed this morning I threw my back into a spasm. Does anyone know any stretching moves or have any tips at all to make this pain go away? I really don't want to be zoned out on pain killers while trying to get this job lol. Any tips are…
