I just wanted to share, since January - 5'7" female Starting Weight: 195.8 Current weight: 161.2 Goal Weight: 150 Im just so proud and so happy with my results.

Since January 2nd, I have lost a total of 24 pounds. This is equivalant to 12.5% of my total weight!!!! Ive got another 21 pounds to go for goal weight ;)

I have lost 22 pounds since Jan 2nd. I need some motivation here. I don't see it. Some days I feel it and sometimes I don't. Help!!

I'm plateauing way too soon!
I've lost 15 pounds since Jan 2nd - I understand, great accomplishment. However, I still have approx 30 more to go. I'm eating right, I'm excersizing 5 days a week. Should I be eating more calories???
Currently I’m working off of a 1200 calorie diet. I’ve been eating 5 times a day, and the caloric intake is around 200 calories each time. I’ve been ranging between 1000-1200 calories. Really sticking to it, really doing well with it. I’ve been exercising about 5-6 days a week, including Zumba. Really busting my butt here.…
