Easy Overnight Oatmeal
This is super easy, tastes great and very filling! BASIC: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1 Tbsp chia seeds 2/3 cup 1% milk (or juice) Mix these 4 ingredients in jar/container.
