Easy Overnight Oatmeal
This is super easy, tastes great and very filling!
BASIC:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup 1% milk (or juice)
Mix these 4 ingredients in jar/container. Cover with lid or wrap and leave in frig overnight.
Flavor as you wish. Eat cold. :huh: :noway:

From this start, you can create flavor combos you like. Some options:
1--diced apple, cinnamon
2--peanut butter or PB2 and sliced banana
3--s/f choc syrup, sliced banana and strawberry preserves
4--peanut butter or PN2 and mini choc chips
5--mandarin oranges-use juice from can in place of milk, add oranges when ready to eat
6--dried fruit of choice, fruit juice to complement
Don't use the instant oats, they will "dissolve" and you will lose the texture.
