In my sixties and trying to keep trim
Hi as the subject line says I am trying to keep trim, its for health reasons as well as vanity. I'm only a bit over weight 5'2" , 9st 6lb and just want to shift those 6 lbs and loose fat from my waist line. I go to the gym 3 times a week doing weights and interval training and swim 1800 meters twice a week. :smile:
