quaker instant oatmeal- wrong serving size:-(
Out of curiosity today I measured one packet of Quaker instant oatmeal ( mostly because I wanted to eat more than 1 packet). I was expecting to measure 28 gms as listed in the serving size....but I measured 25gms. Hello All, How much % less from TDEE should I be eating if I am 2 to3 lbs away from my goal weight. I was taking an approx 12 to 13% cut but now am very close to the target weight and have seen the loss slow down. Should I increase the cut or maintain it where it is? Thanks in advance.
