Weight is slowly coming off
I have been at this for almost 2 months and am down 9 months. I just feel for as hard as I have been working out it should be more. I have to admit...I am struggling with the eating part. I stay within my calories most of the time. I need to make better choices though. :(

I just completed the Biggest Loser Four Week Challenge DVD!! It was difficult at times but I am proud to say I pushed through and completed it!! :)

So I have been a member for a while...I have logged meals/exercise on and off. I hadn't logged for several months and decided it was time to come back. So here I am...I need to lose 45-50 lbs. I need some support!! Anyone in the same boat ~ I'd love to buddy up :)
