Water log
Hi I log my water every day but i feel like I am guessing the measurements - does one cup mean an actual cup measurement or does it mean a glass of water no matter what size the glass is? Does anyone know what myfitnesspal's measurement of one cup of water actually is or where I can find the information out please? Thanks…
