1600 calories for female trying to gain muscle
Hey all :) I am female, 5' 2", 125ish. I have been skinny fat all my life and just started working out about 2 months ago. I have a trainer and we do body weight excersises, sprints and weights. No long cardio. I definitly feel stronger. I am starting slow so I do not hurt myself, but I can already see muscle growth (bicep…
