Anybody here losing only a few pounds?
Hi there! I see a lot of people here who want to lose a lot of weight. Really impressive, don't get me wrong. But I could really use some support from people who -like me- are trying to loose just a few pounds. I want to lose around 10 pounds (4,5 kg) to look a bit more healty and toned.

Hi there! So, I'm new here. I'm 26, 138 lbs and 1.66 m (5.4 or something?) I'm not really overweight, but I have gained a few pounds because of medication use. I decided it was time to lose those pounds and not be the biggest in my ballet class anymore! I'm really impressed by all the stories here!
