What are good percentages of Carbs, proteins, and fats? Mine are set at the default 55%carbs, 15%protein, 30%fat. I'm trying to lose a little bit of fat but I don't have much to lose. How often do you go over your calorie limit?
I'm just curious because in the almost four weeks that I've been using MFP I have never gone over. I hit my goal this week and I'm thinking about getting going to the Chinese Buffet tomorrow.
