South Beach Phase 1- need a weight loss buddy!
Hello- I am presently at 195.4 pounds- I am 5'5 and am a 56- year old female. I know the South Beach Diet works, having done it before. This time though, I need someone to work through this with so that there is not only accountability but support. Anyone game? Stroudment
