Hey, Im 25, and have a 3 month old daughter. Before I got pregnant I was on a great start to reaching my weight loss goals. Went from 255lbs to 230lbs, and Im bac down to 233, but I really need some help staying on track! I am still breastfeeding so I know I need to keep my calories around 1700 a day. Any tips on staying…
