Is there a Keto community here? I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, Lyme disease and every auxiliary diagnose that comes with those dx. Yesterday, my joints were really hurting me. A thought popped in my head, "Keto". So, here I am. Is there a Keto community here?
