wondering which is better for working out - the Wii or Xbox
Hello Everyone: I was wondering which one is better to buy for working out - The Wii or Xbox Kinect. I can't go to the gym since I have just gotten a second job so I was going to buy one of these consoles since I saw and heard about the workout games for them. I was just wondering which one do you recommend I get?

Just joined the Y
Hello, I just joined the Y after being at Gold's Gym for a couple of months. Not too sure what exercises I should start out with. Any advice? I can't swim at all so swimming is out.

Hello, Im new here. I am hoping that i will reach my goal of 50 lbs lost by June for my neices grad. I just joined the Y and I am hoping to get some tips on some exercises to do. So if anyone has any advice please don't hestitate. I am currently 284.5 lbs. Hope everyone has a good day
