I've been doing weekly weigh-ins, and when I got on the scale today, it showed a 4 pound increase from last week. I feel like my calorie allotment thingy is too low?
When I started MPF, my calories were set at 1350, which was low (after eating like 2500 calories a day) but totally doable. Then I lost 10 lbs and now my goal is at 1280. Um, isn't 1200 calories the bare minimum that all humans are supposed to eat to maintain bodily functions? Why would MPF have me eat that low? And what's…
