Haven't been on for a while, where did the water consumption count go??? Used to be a category under foods to keep track of the water u drink, was very helpful
Hi everyone. This site looks great and provides the tools I need to help keep me on track to lose weight. I would like to lose about 30 lbs this year. I have been on a downward spiral since October - job stress and a bad chocolate habit. I am hoping to kick the "sweets" and start excersising.
