Hi - another newbie from Canada

Hi everyone. This site looks great and provides the tools I need to help keep me on track
to lose weight. I would like to lose about 30 lbs this year.
I have been on a downward spiral since October - job stress and a bad chocolate habit.
I am hoping to kick the "sweets" and start excersising.

    Welcome to the site. Chocolate is a tough one to break but you can do it. My suggestion is to stay away from it for at least a month. That sounds unbearably hard but once you have done that your cravings subside alot. Good luck we are glad you have joined us.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
