Why the double standard???
I have read on here time and time again people being critizised for eating to little between 1000-1200 cals/day (which, trust me I know its not healthy and I myself try not to go under 1200.) My question is why is that so publicy bashed but when people eat 1200-1600 cals/day and then go excerise and burn 400-600 cals per…
