I fell down the stairs 3+ weeks ago. my dr thought it was broken but x-ray was negative. I'm walking around But still have some pain and stiffness. Especially when it rains. Just wondering how long others have gone with a sprain before its better. I'm itching to go for a run and can't even think about doing that now on…
Just started tracking my food and realized I'm eating too much sugar and too many carbs and not enough fat. I'm surprised since its not sugar treats I'm eating.
Different calorie calculators are giving all different numbers even though they ask the same questions!!! Let's be real... 300 extra calories is a lot of wine! :happy:
