How often should I weigh myself?
So I just started getting healthy! :) last time i weighed myself was Monday, should I weigh everyday or every week on MOnday? I dont want to get discouraged if its no or little loss but I need to see what is/isn't working right? I have no clue!

Night Eating is going to kill me
so I just started my journey and even though yesterday was day 1, my nightly ritual of raiding the cupboards when the kids go to sleep was in full effect last night!! its soooooooooooo hard to resist doing this!! Don't want to be the fat mom anymore!
im finally ready, im tired of being unhealthy, I know what I need to do I just need to do it!! My journey starts today!! im nervous, excited, .... scared ...... but here we go, jumping feet first!!!
