Just wanted to know if I could count walking at work as exercise..I do zumba everyday but I was just curious about work.
Ok well I have lost about 21 pounds and I'm hearing different answers as to when I should start toning up...could I start now or wait until I've lost all the weight I want to lose which is between 125 to150...please help I'm so confused
My nsv is that people are starting to notice my weight lose and I can see it in my face a little and my clothes are fitting looser...not much but I notice:-)
I'm wondering what can I substitute for eating veggies...I've tried many kinds but can't seem to like any...please help I know veggies play an important role in a diet and health but I can't seem to like any of them I've always been like this..maybe its the way they are prepared I don't know!!!!!!Help
