First, anyone needing motvation, feel free to add me! :) Sort of new here; 2 weeks almost. I've lost about 6 pounds but sadly I notice it more on my breasts :( Not A LOT of difference but I can tell. Anyone else with this problem? What exercises do you do to maintain them firm? Also, starting next week I will be beginning…

Are calories more important than what you actually eat?
So, my calorie goal each day is 1250. I'm wondering if i have to cut back on carbs and fat and eat more protein, veggies, fruits, etc. or can I eat whatever I want as long as I don't go over my calorie limit. With exercise of course. Thanks!

Protein Only?
If I consume just protein with dairy here and there, veggies and fruits, nuts etc. will there be quicker weight loss (with excercise)? I've heard of people consuming only protein, any meat (mostly white meat), fruits, veggies, nuts..no carbs like bread, rice, cake, flour.. Any advice? Thanks :smile:
