Protein Shake question..help!

Last week I began taking whey protein mixed with coconut milk and strawberries for breakfast as a replacement. At the end of the week I saw surprising results with more muscle growth and weight loss (fat loss) of course with one hour exercise everyday and for lunch and dinner moderate meals, each day under or at my calorie limit. I'm beginning to take the whey protein shake again starting tomorrow, but I have some questions: Can I take it after a workout? And will that be considered my lunch or just a post workout meal?     Protein is great to take after a workout. What you call it (lunch or post workout snack) depends on you... your calorie intake, how many calories the shake is and how frequently you eat.
